Success Stories

Tom Hansen (left) and his packer Jeff Stevie with Tom’s 50" bull. We spotted this bull from camp.
After a short stalk and a little bit of brush-raking and calling, we were able to get Tom set up for
a 20-yard shot. Sept. '06

Jim Nordmark (left) and Todd Walton with
his 8 year old
11 1/4" x 6 1/4"
billy. This
goat, which
came to be
known as
the “White
Buffalo”, was
way at the
back of a ridge
system. The
body size and
head gear of
this goat is the
largest I’ve
ever been a
part of to date. Oct. '06

Matt Puffer with his heavy 61" bull. We had to go into the brush for this one. It took a bit of calling
before he finally presented Matt with an up and close shot.
During Matt Puffer’s
hunt, we had a pack
of ten wolves that
were working the
area. We watched
them harass a group
of moose, caught
a glimpse once in
a while and heard
them howling
almost every day.
After having tagged
out on his moose,
we were able to
howl one into
range for Matt.
Things were a
little touch-and-go
for awhile, but he
ended up making
a fantastic shot
late one evening
before sundown.
